Who likes to pack let alone unpack? Personally I don't like to do either -- unless we're talking about Emotion Code and Body Code. Then I can't get enough of the unpacking. It's a casual and often fun process.
It goes something like this:
Ever feel like you don't have control over your own nervous system? You're freezing when you want to fight or fighting when you should be fleeing? If you feel completely dysregulated or you're surrounded by chaos, keep reading.
Maybe you have constant tension in your neck and shoulders. Perhaps you've had a sinking suspicion that it was related to your finances or your kids.
Emotion Code® and Body Code® are for you.
I use Muscle Testing, a form of biophysical feedback, to uncover these energetic blocks, or "Trapped Emotions" and release them. Often I do this work by proxy, meaning we don't even have to be in the same room. If you prefer to attend in your pj's over Zoom, it might just be the most effortless and efficient healing you've ever done!
But before you ask, no, I cannot work on your ex-boyfriend or your mother-in-law. At least not without their express consent. Same goes for your neighbor's barking dog. I would need your neighbor's consent. But if it's your child or your dog, then let's talk.
One more thing...
Worried about reliving the past? I hear you. The beauty of this process is that oftentimes we don't even get in the weeds of where or when these energies got stuck. The body is protective like that. No one wants you to be re-traumatized. So we will check in every step of the way to make sure we're not going overboard. We never force trapped emotions; this is more like peeling off onion layers. And the onion layers are fascinating!

You know when you're having anxious feelings, and then you get around someone else who's having anxious feelings, and then it feels like they've got you locked in with a tractor beam and you have no control over your own emotions until you literally walk away?
There's an explanation for that and it's called resonance. It's like when one tuning fork is vibrating and a neighboring turning fork starts to vibrate. Only instead of waking up a tuning fork we are awakening a trapped emotion.
I started this work back in 2016 by proxy, working with another CECP to chip away at my own trapped inherited emotions. The process definitely blew my mind and was eerily accurate. If you've been stuck in a cycle of self-sabotage or something just seems "off," let's talk.
